• By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
• This promotion is exclusively available to Plumbing World retail customers. To qualify for this promotion, book and attend a consult between 1st September and 30th November 2024 in any one of our showrooms (retail stores) and be in to win $5,000 towards the cost of your bathroom.
• If a customer completes a consultation without making a booking, they will be eligible to enter in this instance and receive the 15% off.
• Qualifying entries can be made online at https://www.plumbingworld.co.nz/plugly
• By completing the entry form, you will also automatically enter the draw to win.
• This promotion is open to New Zealand residents only who are 18 years of age or older.
• Person entering must be the homeowner.
• $5,000 includes GST and will either be paid as a credit at a Plumbing World store or reimbursed to a nominated bank account if the customer has already purchased product from Plumbing World for the renovation up to $5,000 incl GST.  Should the value purchased be less than $5,000 incl GST the remaining balance will be held at Plumbing World as a credit for further purchases and must be used within 12 months from date of issue. This cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Entries must be received by 2pm Friday 6th December 2024.
• Plumbing World employees, Trade account holders, their employees, as well as employees of Plumbing World suppliers and their families are not eligible to enter the draw. The winners will be drawn at random after the 6th December 2024 and the winner will be contacted by Plumbing World Limited by the 12th December 2024. If the winners are unable to be contacted by Plumbing World Limited within five business days, the winner will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn in the same method.
• All personal information collected from entrants will be held by Plumbing World Limited. This information will only be used for the purposes of operating and publicising the promotion. By entering, you consent to the use of your personal information, including name, photographs, videos, etc., for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes without compensation. Copyright of all promotional materials will be owned by Plumbing World. • Plumbing World holds the right to modify, extend, terminate, suspend, or reschedule the promotion at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
• Plumbing World and associated parties shall not be liable for any delays or failures to perform due to events beyond their control.
• Neither Plumbing World nor any other individuals or parties associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred in connection with participation in the promotion, including indirect or consequential losses.
• Plumbing World’s decisions regarding the promotion are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
• Plumbing World reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of breaching these terms and conditions or engaging in unlawful or improper conduct that could compromise the fairness and integrity of the promotion.
